Field Invigilators and Research Associates
DHAN Foundation’s Centre for Research and Development wing, invites applications for FIELD INVIGILATORS and RESEARCH ASSOCIATES. DHAN Foundation is known for grassroots action and works with 3, 00,000 poor members through its Community Banking Programme and Tankfed Agriculture Development Programme in South India.
1. FIELD INVIGILATORS
Qualifications: Fresh post graduates with First Class marks or above in Applied Mathematics/ Statistics / Mathematics / Social sciences. Preferences for work experience and M Phil graduates.
Age Limit: 20 to 30 years.
Job Description: His or her primary responsibility is to implement field surveys for collecting data and developing research data base. He / she will support administration and also involve in the preparation of progress and review reports. Knowledge of Computer is must.
Salary: Rs. 4,000/- per month + TA (includes board & lodging).
2. RESEARCH ASSOCIATES
Qualifications: Professionals with post graduation in Agricultural economics and Agricultural or Applied Statistics background with work experience are preferable.
Age Limit: 25 to 35 years.
Job Description: His or her responsibility is to design the research projects and facilitate research process till completion of the projects. He/She has to function independently in his / her field and prepare proposals suiting the needs of the centre. Working knowledge and skills in the use of statistical software packages and use of computer systems is must.
Salary: Rs.5,000/- per month + TA (includes board & lodging).
