Canadian International Food Security Research Fund (CIFSRF)

In 2009, IDRC and Canadian International Development Agency (CIDA) have jointly created the Canadian International Food Security Research Fund (CIFSRF). The CIFSRF is a 5-year, CA$62-million fund that will support research partnerships between Canadian and developing-country research organizations to carry out applied research to find lasting solutions to fight hunger and food insecurity in the developing world. http://web.idrc.ca/cifsrf/
