Faculty Positions
The Academy invites applications from prospective candidates for faculty positions in the areas of

- Social Development
The selected faculty are expected to design the courses and teach the students of Post Graduate Diploma in Development Management (PGDDM) using innovative teaching methods. They are also expected to take up research and consultancy assignments in the field of development management.
Qualification
MBA or M.Phil. from reputed institutes with good academic record in their respective areas. Candidates with Ph.D. are preferred. For faculty position in communication for development, postgraduates in English or MBAs with a flair for teaching written and oral communication are preferred.
Experience
More than 3 years of teaching experience in institutes of repute or implementing development projects with community. Candidates who want to work on deputation for specified periods may also apply. Those who work in NGO projects, interested in teaching either full time (or) part time are encouraged to apply.
Age : 35 years and below.
Salary : as per terms
Research Associates
The Academy also invites fresh PhDs and Post Graduates in agriculture and social sciences for pursuing a career in applied social research. Remuneration as per terms of the organisation. They can also take up research on project (or) contractual basis.
