RTI – OUTREACH CAMPAIGN

Information outreach campaigns (175 events) on the RTI its usage to reach 50000 people.

• Conducting 35 RTI campaigns in each region (total 175) covering 10000 people.
• Promotion of training Aids : Posters 300; Pamphlet 3000; Brochures 3000 on RTI; Citizen Rights to know their entitlements.
• Distributed through SHGs, youth Associations and Practicum groups.
• Pictorial Presentation.
• This events must be initiated from June 2016 onwards.
• 25 Project volunteers (5 region)
• Campaign of including Folk arts, Street play, Pageant and mobile Video documentary sessions.
• Community level competition such as colouring, Drawing competitions, democracy quiz, essay and education competition.
• The people participated must be documented and photographs of each event will be made available.

• 175 Outreach activities completed by 500 SHGs; 4 youth Associations, and 50 students practicum groups.
• 50000 people reached by outreach activities and 70% (35000) of them showed their awareness on RTI (Post impact study)
