Entry Process

Stage I

• Sending filled in resume to us
• Undertaking PT (Proficiency Test) which assesses proficiency in Accounts or computers and English.. Cut off is 50%
• Personal interview with panel

Stage II

• Exposure to locations of DHAN Foundation, where opportunity is offered at the cost of DHAN to understand the context and nature of work, interact on field and evaluate oneself to find suitability

Stage III

• Interaction with panel to decide on selection and placement

Remuneration compares with the best in the sector.
