TRAINING ON SMALL MILLET VALUE ADDED FOOD PRODUCTS

Date: June 11 to 12,2017

Venue: Agricultural Research Station, Vizianagaram, Andhra Pradesh

DHAN Foundation is going to organize a training on small millet value added food products at Agricultural Research Station, Vizianagaram on11th and 12th June, 2017. The training will cover mainly bakery products, instant food mixes and pasta products. This training is meant for entrepreneurs running food enterprises, food companies and restaurant who plan to introduce value added small millet products in their business. Start-ups on millets can also participate. Dr. D. Malathi, Ph.D., Professor (Food Science Nutrition), Post-Harvest Technology Centre, Tamil Nadu Agricultural University, Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu will conduct training on value added food products for two days.

There will be no training fee required for participating in the training programme. Boarding and lodging will be met by the organisers. Participants are requested to confirm by 25th May, 2017 so that we can make arrangements accordingly.
