DHAN Karunai School has celebrated its 12th Annual day from 5th March 2020 to 7th March 2020. With a vision of ‘Model community school,’ DHAN Foundation in collaboration with Karunai Illam Foundation, New Zealand started ‘Karunai DHAN Kinder Garden and Elementary School,’ on 2008, at Dindigul district. It started with 28 children and 2 teachers. As on 2020, the school is having 417 children with 30 teachers.

Students’ has showcased their creative skills, language abilities, artistic skills through their dances, exhibitions and storytelling. Parents also actively engaged during the three days’ event, encouraging and enjoying their children’s abilities and skills. Awards were distributed at the end of every session to all the participants. Teachers have released new teaching materials on this occasion.

Colleagues from DHAN Foundation have participated in theannual day celebration on 7th March, wherein the concept of ‘Family as School’ was emphasized.
