Voyage on Virtual Education

DHAN staff at the field level have been actively engaged in ensuring the safety of our member families, conducting awareness programmes, distributing groceries, PPEs, cooked food etc. To imbibe the field level working staff with the modern and advanced preparations incombating covid-19 therebyserving the community in a more productive and efficient manner, Centre for Human Resource Development (CHRD) of DHAN Foundation has organized online Development Management Programmes (DMPs) over various thematic programmes through various online platforms.

Online DMP on Enabling Community Action for Health Resilience

80 members (5 batches)of Regional Coordinators and nodal persons of SUHAMparticipated in the online DMP organized on Enabling Community Action for Health Resilience, wherein the participants are equipped to do Digital Health PRA, for preparation and dissemination of BCC material on Corona and action plans for relief activities and rehabilitation activities.

Online DMP on Enabling Community for Risks & Vulnerability on Corona

20 Nodal persons of People Mutual participated in the online DMP organized on Enabling Community for Risks & Vulnerable on Corona, wherein the participants are enlightened on how to analyze and understand the risk and vulnerabilities of poor in various contexts in the light of COVID- 19,to enhance the community understanding over self-preparedness as well as building resilience through collective action.

Online DMP on Advancing Written Communication

20 development apprentices participated in the online DMP organized on Improving writing skills, wherein the participants were equipped with basics of writing, grammar and how to write case studies.

Online DMP on Enabling Farmers for Livelihood through FPOs

25 CEOs of Farmers Producer Organization have participated in the online DMP organized on Enabling Farmers for Livelihood through FPOs, wherein the participants have been made to understand and analyze farmers’ status in agricultural activities during the lockdown, FPOs intervention and initiatives through collection action in benefitting the community and ensuring the entitlements to reach the community.

Online DMP on Data Analytics and Digitization

20 CEOs of DHAN Collective Institutions participated in the online DMP organized on Data analysis and Digitization. The purpose of the DMP is to: understand the essentials and effective decision strategy in data analysis and establishing analytics driven organizations.
