Development Management Programme on Products Marketing

Development Management Programme (DMP), a three days training programme, was organized by DHAN Jeevidam and Kalanjium Thozhilagam Limited (KTL) at The DHAN Academy. 17 CEOs from the Farmer Producer Organizations (FPOs) from the state of Tamil Nadu has participated in the programme. The key objectives of the DMP were

  • Enhancing the knowledge and skill-building on effective marketing practices, on business plans and financial management
  • Developing marketing modules with the relevance of FPOS in the market
  • Enhancing the strategical writing skills for all the CEOs

Marketing Basics (Segmenting, Targeting and Positioning), Managing the Marketing Mix (Product, Price, Place, Promotion), Customer Profiling and Value Proposition, Competition analysis, Strategic Marketing (Competitive advantage, Core Competence and Blue Ocean Strategies), Discipline of Market Leaders (Cost Leadership, Operational Excellence and Customer Intimacy, Marketing challenges in the digital world were widely deliberated.
